Patient Satisfaction Surveys
The Remark Products can quickly and easily help you collect and analyze data from satisfaction surveys via paper or web. Create plain paper forms using a word processing application and use an image scanner to collect the data from your forms with Remark Office OMR®. Create, host and administer online patient satisfaction surveys with Remark Web Survey®. Or combine data from paper and web surveys to analyze together. Both products include a survey analysis program, Remark Quick Stats®, to generate a variety of survey statistics reports with the click of a button. You can also export your data or reports to a variety of file formats.
You can create your own paper survey in any processing application or form design program. Once you have your form designed, print it on plain paper. After the forms are distributed and returned, scan them in with Remark Office OMR using an image scanner or multi-function device (printer, scanner, fax). The data is pulled from the forms quickly and accurately with either program. Or, create online forms with Remark Web Survey. You host the forms on your own web server, giving you complete control over your data. You control the design of the form, and can include option such as skip logic, paused and resume functionality, and email reminders. You can export the data to virtually any analysis program, or analyze it with the built in Remark Quick Stats®. Our reporting software provides you with item analysis reports, descriptive statistics, cross tabulations and responses to open-ended questions. You can even quickly review reports based on special subsets of your respondent population (eg. The hospital in which they stayed on the service they received).
