| I am trying to install Remark Office OMR and keep getting an error that tells me I am using 'Invalid credentials'. What can I do? |

It sounds as if the error you are getting is as follows: Invalid credentials were supplied. Please verify the Serial Number and Authentication Code before continuing.
One possible cause for this error is that you have placed an 'O' (letter) in place of a zero '0' (number) somewhere in the serial number or the authentication code. We do not use ANY 'O's (letters) in either of these credentials.
Double check each instance of zero in the serial number and code, and then try submitting the credentials again. If you still have a problem, make a screen print of the screen containing the codes, then attach it to an email to Support@gravic.com for additional help.

This error can also be caused by a lack of permissions on the account doing the installation.
Check Windows Logs>Application for an error.
