| Embed Passwords in Email | |||||||
You have two options for getting passwords into your respondents' hands: 1. Embed them into the web form URL. Embedding the username and password into the web form URL means respondents will be automatically logged in when they click the URL. The username and password information is encrypted in the URL. 2. Add Merge Fields to the body of the email that tells respondents their password (and username, if using one). You ca do one or both of the above options. Even if you embed the URL you may wish to make respondents aware of their password in case they need it later. |
