This error occurs because Remark Web Survey 4 cannot handle having an email element as the last element in a web form conversion.

The typical occurrence of this error is caused by a Pause Page with an email element. The way to fix the issue is to edit the version 3 web form by adding an element AFTER the email element so it is no longer the last element. A line element is a very good element to add since it does not affect the questions in the web form.
