Symptom: When you click any of the analysis options in Remark Web Survey 5.2 Remark Quick Stats starts to run but then quickly closes.
Cause: This problem is typically caused by closing Remark Quick Stats (during previous use) while a report is trying to display.
Solution: With your data open, go to the Tools tab and select Grade Wizard. On step 2 obtain an answer key from grid row 1 and then click Finish. Remark Quick Stats should open. When it is fully open, close Remark Quick Stats. Then run the 'real' analysis that you need. The solution sounds strange, but should take care of the problem. Going forward, try not to close Remark Quick Stats while a report is rendering to avoid this problem.
