| An error message just appeared while I was using Remark. What should I do? |

Your error may be in this knowledgebase already. Check if it is and follow the advice given in the article. If not, there is an index of possible errors in the back of the User's Guide that is downloaded with the software. Look up your error message there and see if you can determine the cause of and solution for the error.
Also, check that the version of Remark software that you are using is the most current version. Many errors were corrected in newer versions of the program. To find out how to see if your version is the most recent version, click SETTINGS. In the Settings window, select RESOURCES. The version of Remark Test Grading Edition will be listed here.
If you are still experiencing the error after completing the above steps, we ask that you write down the steps you were performing when the error occurred along with the exact error message in its entirety (you can also take a screen print of the error) and email it to us at: support@gravic.com, and we will attempt to diagnose the problem.
