An Error #2001 typically occurs if you are trying to read a certain version of PDF images with Remark Office OMR 6 or 7. The details are:

The graphics file that you selected is not supported.
Error Details:
Code #12001, Location: Module [ROORead71-clsROORead] - Routine (ReadOffice)
An error occurred attempting to open the specified image file.
To resolve this error, try scanning your forms in as a different image type and re-read the forms. We always suggest scanning your forms in as a TIF image type as this is where you will see the best results. If you are still experiencing the error after reading your forms in as a different image type, please contact support at support@gravic.com and they will try troubleshooting further.
