In Remark Web Survey your serial number and authentication code are printed on the registration card and CD case included with the software.

If you are looking for the serial number or exact version in the software (once the software is installed) you will find it by accessing the Application Button, the globe in the upper left corner, then selecting Web Survey Options at the bottom of the screen that opens. When the Remark Web Survey Options window opens, select the link for Resources. You will find your serial number, version and authentication code here. If you have a web form open, you can also click the Standard Pages node in the tree view and you will see the serial number and authentication number in the HTML Display.
