Remark Web Survey 4 Now Available
Remark Web Survey 4, a new upgrade version of the Web Survey software, is now available. To upgrade, visit our Purchasing section.
Remark Web Survey 3.0.4 Update
June 2007. The Remark Web Survey 3.0.4 update corrects a potential security issue in the Server component of the software. We have modified how user input is validated in order to create a more secure environment. This update is for the Server component only. There are no changes to the Designer component of the software. The 3.0.4 update is for any Remark Web Survey 3.x version, including both the Standard and Professional versions. To install the update, click the link below. You will be provided with more detailed instructions on the download page.

July 2005. The Remark Web Survey 3.0.3 update corrects a few minor flaws and adds new features since the initial release of Remark Web Survey 3. The 3.0.3 update is for the Standard and Professional versions of the software. To install the update, click the link below.
Important Note! You must be running Remark Web Survey version 3.0.2 to install this update. Click Help|About in the software to see what version you are running. If it is version 3.0, you must first download and install the Remark Web Survey 3.0.1 update below, then download and install the Remark Web Survey 3.0.2.

The use of Remark Web Survey does require you to have some knowledge of your web server or access to a qualified web administrator. Gravic Support will do our best to troubleshoot your problems, but we do need information about your web server to help us resolve problems. Please note that there is a test script called rwstest2.pl in the Scripts folder of the Remark Web Survey directory on your computer. When executed on your web server, this script can provide Principia Support with much of the information we might need about your web server. Please be prepared to run this script when contacting technical support.
Please be ready to provide the following information when contacting support:
- The serial number of your software.
- The version number.
- The type, model and configuration of your computer and web server.
- The steps required to reproduce the problem.
