Thanks to all of you who visited our booth and attended our Shadowbase presentations at the HP Technology Forum held in Las Vegas in July. It is always a pleasure to see old friends and make new ones. The same thank you goes out to everyone from the SUNTUG organization we met at the SUNTUG meeting held in Tampa in September, our CTUG friends at their meeting in Toronto, Canada in October, as well as the NeNug attendees at their meeting in Boston in October.

We look forward to seeing many of our EMEA friends at the Community Connect Europe 2008 conference being held in Mannheim, Germany in November. Finally, we will end the 2008 show schedule by attending the DUST user group meeting in Phoenix in December.

These various conferences are a great way to provide updated product information and receive feedback from customers and prospective customers. We encourage all of our customers to support their local user groups as well as the new Connect organization.

On the sales side of things, we are pleased to report that Shadowbase enabled the successful completion of a major new project at AOL. Shadowbase provided the migration framework for moving the AIM and ICQ authentication databases from Sybase to NonStop SQL, with no application downtime. Shadowbase was also chosen as the infrastructure to support a full active/active replication platform for a four node NS162016 NonStop environment. This was a major win for both HP and Gravic and we appreciate all the support from both our technical support staff and the AOL migration team.

We are also pleased to report new licenses for Shadowbase that were a part of sales by our reseller partners SunGard Securities Processing, BCX, and Motorola. All of these firms have a high degree of confidence in Shadowbase and we are glad to have them as business partners.

We are currently working on several major new Shadowbase opportunities that we hope to be able to discuss in our next newsletter. We see an increasing opportunity for both the HP NonStop platform and Shadowbase in 2009. Thank you for your business.
