	Executive Vice President's Letter Welcome to the Fall 2010 edition of the Gravic Shadowbase Newsletter, our periodic news update from the Shadowbase Products Group. Two recent highlights include how our customers are leveraging Shadowbase data replication – the first in the "application integration" space and the second in the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) space.
	Shadowbase Sales & Marketing We are pleased with our BASE24 implementation at a Canadian bank and landed another sale to the Wealth Management Group. We are working several new opportunities in Europe and Asia, and look forward to additional sales in those regions. The Standish Group chose Shadowbase solutions to highlight in its published June research report, "Roadmap to the Megaplex."
	Shadowbase Support Tips The Customer Portal is a secure area within the Gravic Shadowbase domain where our licensed users gain access to a variety of additional Shadowbase information. Located under the banner of the Gravic website’s Shadowbase home page is a tab for Support. Mouse over this option and one is given options to a variety of Support-related components, among which is the Customer Portal.
	Shadowbase Development Highlights Since our last newsletter, NonStop Development has been focused on three main projects: Shadowbase Online Verification & Validation (SOLV); Shadowbase Releases 4.090 & 4.091; and the Shadowbase ZDL™ (Zero Data Loss) synchronous replication prototype. All of these projects are scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
