Rich Mitchell
Product Analyst
Rich Mitchell is a Product Analyst with Shadowbase Products Group since his promotion in 2007. Working at Gravic, Inc. for over 20 years, initially part time and full time since 2005, he mastered a variety of positions, including in open systems administration and hardware design and development. Rich previously worked for the University of Pennsylvania in several different departments and positions, including IT Infrastructure Technician for the Astronomy and Physics departments. While at Gravic, he earned the Milestone Award in 2005 and the prestigious Core Award in 2008. He says that although stressful at times, he enjoys the satisfaction that comes with helping people solve complex problems.
Rich’s interests and hobbies include sports, camping, and computer games. He is husband to wife Lois, and father to grown children Tom and Kathryn.
